Job Overview

We are looking for a candidate who has inclination towards meta verse, crypto currencies, block-chain technologies. This person will work across our content, marketing, and communications departments to grow organic social channels. This person will be responsible for creating and distributing informative, high-value social content to followers across various social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They will have a passion for creative storytelling and creating content that influences, educates, and engages audiences.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends & audience preferences on Cryptocurrency

• Constantly monitoring our social channels – you will live and breathe this stuff
• Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proven work experience as a Social media manager in Crypto/Fintech company.
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
